Pictures That Sell A House

Posted by Fort Campbell Real Estate Pros under For Buyers, For Sellers, General Information

We have sold homes “sight-unseen” to troops overseas. And 87% of buyers use the internet in their home search with 32% stating that they first found their home on the internet. If the pictures are not appealing, the buyer will click to the next listing. So it is vital that the pictures reflect the home.

We recently invested nearly $2,000 in a new camera equipment including the widest lens available. This allows us to show more features in our pictures including three walls of the room so that the viewer can get a better perspective of the room’s size.

We then will spend several hours with special software to enhance the pictures to look better on the internet. Just another way, we do more to market a home.

Just think of a time you were browsing online. Do you remember seeing tons of bad pictures that really doesn’t say much about a house except “Don’t Buy Me!”? With our camera equipment and extensive work put into each and every image, we deliver the best visual information available. Buyers get a better look at what the home has to offer and are more attracted to consider seeing our listings rather than others.

We’ve Been There.

Posted by Fort Campbell Real Estate Pros under For Buyers, For Sellers, General Information

There are many reasons why the Tennessee Home Pros Team can relate to you, but the most important one is that wherever you are from, we have probably been there! Almost everyone in the team has traveled a lot and have lived in many states.

Randy and Peggy Worcester were born in the Chicago, Illinois area. Before meeting Peggy, Randy lived in Missouri and Wisconsin and between the two of them, they have lived in Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana before they decided to settle in Clarksville.

Danielle Chapman on the other hand, traveled a lot more because of her husband’s job in the military. She was born in Virginia and has lived in South Carolina, Ohio, Texas and Georgia before moving to Clarksville, TN.

The team’s Client Care Manager Stephanie Day was born in Hawaii, then lived in North Carolina and Indiana before joining the Marine Corp. Then she lived in Pennsylvania before moving here.

The newest member of our team, Jenny Robinson has a different story. She lived in Tennessee all her life. She was born in Nashville and lived in Murfreesboro and Dyersburg before moving to Clarksville. Who better to know the area better then a true local?

This is just another way for us to understand what you are going through. Just like you, we have kids and sisters and maybe a dog or two. We may have even  lived in wherever you are coming from. We understand how stressful it can be to sell or buy a new home and we will do our best to make this a pleasant experience for you!

Education Is The Key!

Posted by Fort Campbell Real Estate Pros under For Buyers, For Sellers, General Information

You wouldn’t trust a doctor with your health if they didn’t have a medical degree, or a lawyer with your legal needs if they didn’t have a law degree. The same rules should apply when you are looking to buy or sell a home. It is only common sense to go to a realtor with the required education to handle all the aspects of real estate. Being a part of Keller Williams is a huge plus when it comes to keeping up with the always changing rules and regulations in the field.

Not only are all the agents on the Tennessee Home Pros Team licensed realtors but they are always attending meetings and classes to enhance their knowledge of today’s real estate market to serve you to their best potential.

Members of our team hold the following certifications because we believe continuing education helps us serve you better.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION CERTIFIED, CERTIFIED NEW HOME SPECIALIST, E-PRO REALTOR, GRADUATE REALTOR INSTITUTE, AT HOME WITH DIVERSITY, E-AGENT and VETERAN FRIENDLY REALTOR.

Can another team you know compare?

Home Obsession

Posted by Peggy Worcester under For Buyers, For Sellers, General Information

Okay…I am not obsessed with homes, but I do enjoy viewing homes.  I have been to Frank Loyd Wright’s home in Oak Park, Illinois.  And most unusual was the House on the Rock in Wisconsin.  We have also been to the most haunted house in America:  The Myrtles Plantation in Louisiana. And we toured one of Kit Carson’s homes in New Mexico. Being from Illinois, I have been through Lincoln’s home in Springfield and his log cabin in Salem, Illinois.  Living so close to Nashville, we visited Andrew Jackson’s home:  The Hermitage.

It is not uncommon to receive a thank you card or some flowers from grateful clients here at the Tennessee Home Pros Team. The level of commitment Randy and Peggy provide their clients not only comes from their years of experience in the real estate field but also from being a family and knowing how hard it can be to call a house your “home”.

The Tennessee Home Pros Team began before it even had a name, when Randy encouraged Peggy to move forward from assisting agents to becoming a licensed agent herself. After living in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Chicago they decided to put down roots and Clarksville was perfect. Peggy started working for Keller Williams as an assistant and then earned her license. Randy followed, realizing the care and service they could provide as a husband & wife team would have no match in the field. As a fairly young team at Keller Williams it became impossible not to notice how fast they advanced.

As the team continued to grow, the level of professionalism and commitment only got stronger. Currently Peggy Worcester and a new member of the family Danielle Chapman work to help you find your “home”. Randy has his focus and commitment on making sure you sell your home fast and make the most out of it. Stephanie Day continues to be the backbone of the team, keeping everyone organized and up-to-date in the office. We know we can help you accomplish your goals whether it be selling or buying your home, while we make you a part of our big family too.

Web Appeal Is The New Curb Appeal

Posted by Fort Campbell Real Estate Pros under For Buyers, For Sellers, General Information

The number one real estate web site that people turn to for viewing home listings is realtor.com.  Homebuyers are on this site 9 times longer than the next closest site.   So it was natural for us to make a deal with realtor.com for our listings to stand out from the rest of the crowd. We can now show up to 25 jumbo pictures, add visual tours, and promote open houses.  And if there are 5 other houses priced the same, yours will jump to the top of the list.  We can also produce traffic reports to see how often the home is being viewed.  And we continue to be at the forefront of using the internet to give our clients more exposure.  Our team was also the first in Clarksville to consistently put all their visual tours on Youtube.com.   And we were among the first in the area to list a home on Ebay.  Our guarantee to our clients is that we will have your home viewed in more places on the internet than any other real estate agent in town.

Also in the top 10 real estate sites are AOL real estate, Yahoo real estate, and Homes.com.  Our client’s homes are featured on these sites also.

Painting The Town Red

Posted by Fort Campbell Real Estate Pros under For Buyers, For Sellers, General Information

People often ask me why we choose to work at Keller Williams Realty.

We want the best for our clients. Peggy and I chose Keller Williams in Clarksville due to it’s recognition (#1 firm in Clarksville), level of dedication to the community, the extensive ongoing commitment to education/up-to-date technology training, and the agent base of 200+.

Just a few months ago, Keller Williams announced that it had passed up Re/Max to become the 3rd largest real estate firm in United States.

JD Power and Associates recently released their inaugural study of Home Buyer Satisfaction and Keller Williams was ranked top amongst all real estate firms.

So as we continue to paint Clarksville red with Keller Williams signs, rest assured that you will receive the highest level of professional service from what is clearly the most educated and highly trained real estate force in the market.

The team here at Tennessee Home Pros is proud to be a part of Keller Williams family and we are here to serve you. If you know someone thinking about buying or selling a home, don’t hesitate to contact us.
